The Sales Consultant would be responsible for NorthWest and East part of Hungary in a sales team of 3 reporting directly to Sales Manager, Hungary-Slovenia.

Main tasks:

1. Increase the Company’s perceived market value by providing quality service and maintaining a low customer complaint rate;
2. Brief customers’ staff on trends and developments – become “the contact lens expert” to the customers.
3. Achieve sales revenue targets by ensuring the execution of approved sales plan;
4. Effectively solve problems to ensure the achievement of sales targets;
5. Seek out new business opportunities within the independent and comprehensive optical sector;
6. Provide timely reports on performance to the line manager including relevant market and competitor activities;
7. Represent the Company at seminars, exhibitions and meetings as required;
8. Complete all administrative duties including the upkeep of a complete customer base along with customer records;
1. Establish and build effective and productive relationships with customers/accounts and provide regular feedback;
10. Keep up to date with the activity carried out by customers, including activities of a competitive nature as well as competition within the industry.

Qualifications

1. Relevant degree;
2. 3+ yrs of experience in similar business development role;
3. Good knowledge and understanding of customer, consumer and industry;
4. Proactive, independent, responsible, self-starter approach, self-motivated;
5. Very good working time organisation and planning;
6. Problem solving & analytical skills;
7. Customer focus;
8. Native Hungarian, Basic knowledge of English language;
1. Knowledge of optics and eye construction desirable;
10. Clear driving licence.
