SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Marmara, Aegean Region)

Develop sales and territory management plans in conjunction with Manager in order to ensure resources are focused to achieve maximum market impact

Conduct visits to build relationships with existing and prospective customers and introduce company products and therapy approaches and to educate customers their benefits and to create demand for products
-
Use economic return and patient benefit arguments to negotiate agreements with customers and healthcare professionals so company equipment is stocked and sold
-
In conjunction with Manager, work with healthcare professionals to develop peer-to-peer activities designed to promote the use and benefits of company products.

In conjunction with Manager, anticipate bid requests and contract renewals, assist with filing responses and procurement process
-
Liaise with hospital regulatory, compliance and technical departments, purchasing, clinicians and other key decision makers to ensure all compliance barriers are overcome, the sale is authorized and funds are made available for equipment purchase.

Install equipment for clinical trials of company products, educate hospital employees, and remedy any issues or problems so as to ensure acceptance of products

Provide installation support, training, post sales education, trouble shooting and complaint resolution to promote early identification of customer issues, ensure correct use of equipment, drive consumable sales and ensure customer satisfaction

Use the tools put at your disposal by the company to promote the products

Ensure the dissemination within your customers of all information related to new products, product developments, special offers and all current and upcoming events and events (professional conferences)

Satisfy client requests and / or complaints, in accordance with the company's rules and policies with the objective of maintaining healthy and sustainable business relations

Ensure competitive intelligence by identifying all relevant product information

Respect the sales and management processes of the invoice payment procedure in force in the company.

Follow the training provided by the company and take advantage of all opportunities to develop your own knowledge and thus provide the quality service expected at the customer

Use the tools for managing your activity, (CRM, monthly activity report) within the required timeframe (updating the database, creating notes, creating opportunities) and in the required formats

Guaranty the image of the company with partners, customers and prospects and bear the company's values

Carry out all other obligations decided by the company

Assigned region to visit customers and healthcare professionals, headquarter of the company in the country, home address

Working in critical care in the hospitals

Daily business travels in the assigned region

Participation in monthly and quarterly sales meeting, eventually national and international congress.
Position Specifications :
-
Sales experience, OR and recovery environments, Procurement
-
3-5 years minimum experience in the medical device industry
-
Physics, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent university background
-
Good in reading & understanding and in written English.
-
Positive, solution-oriented, open to learning, interested and excited about the sector, and with sales ability.

Able to locate in Bursa
-
The provinces for which he is responsible are Kocaeli, Yalova, Sakarya, Balıkesir, Bursa, Eskişehir, Kütahya, Afyon, Çanakkale, Bolu, Düzce, İzmir, Aydın and Manisa.
