Our client based in London requires an experienced Sales Representative to join their team

Responsibilities:

Management of the assigned sales areas in London.

* Customer acquisition, active customer management, direct sales, research, evaluation, and supervision of distributors.

* Market survey, margin analysis, and reports.

* Alignment with the Sales direction regarding commercial strategies.

Technical skills:

* At least 3 years experience as a Sales Representative or in similar roles.

* Experience in the London territory

* Experience in order of preference from:

* The sector of ingredients for pastry (Companies: Puratos, Zeelandia, Italmill, Komplet, Ireks, Cesarin, CSM Bakery Solutions, Italcanditi)

* The sector of ingredients for ice cream (Companies: Mec3, Leagel, Toschi, Fabbri, Babbi, Elenca, Master Martini, Nappi, Stella, Fugar, Montebianco)

* The cafeteria sector;

* The food ingredients sector;

* The food sector.

* Experience in selling in the field.

* English mother tongue or fluent.

* Knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with PowerPoint presentations.

* Ability to manage market surveys and margin analysis.
