As a Regional Sales Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance across your designated area. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales agents and merchandisers. This role involves frequent travel, direct client engagement, and team management to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales objectives. Monitor and manage key clients in the assigned region, and create local activation strategies to engage and expand client base.
- Client Engagement: Conduct visits to clients independently and with distributor agents to build strong relationships and promote sales growth.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market data on competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Field Operations: Travel extensively within the assigned area (over 90% of the time) to oversee and support sales activities.
- Key Account Management: Regularly engage with Key Account (KA) stores in your region, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Team Oversight: Manage and support the performance of Merchandisers in assigned stores, ensuring that sales targets are met. Step in directly when there is no allocated merchandiser.
- Agent Coordination: Supervise and develop the distributor agents in your area, monitoring their performance and providing training to enhance their effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Availability: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Driving License: Valid driving license, category B.
