The Key performance Indicators will include (but not be limited to)
▪ Timely processing of Purchase Orders
▪ Invoice Accuracy and reducing shipment cost
▪ Customer satisfaction
▪ Timely processing of Credit Notes for the customer
▪ Timely booking and issuing of AP Tracker related activities
▪ Ensuring Order forms are updated on monthly basis
▪ Monthly reports – Ageing, Sales, Orders, Loss sales
▪ Quarterly Report to Brands
▪ Maintaining Forecast file on a regular basis
▪ Track of DN sent to the supplier and outstanding invoices
▪ Tracking and maintaining shipment cost
▪ Timely availability of Value-Added Packs
Personal Specifications :
▪ Graduate
• Good track record in similar coordination roles
• Knowledge of export documentation
• Excellent skills in Excel and MS office
• Fluency in written and spoken English
Skills :
• Ability to excel in service focused culture
• Analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Planning and Organizing skills
• Strong achievement orientation together with a passion for the business. Desire and ability to achieve business results is critical
