I am looking for a Sales Support Manager to join a global, electronic components company based in Chertsey. The ideal candidate will have management experience within sales support, operations or customer service and have managed change within a team.
This role will be 6 months temp with a view to going permanent. There is a business need for the position but no headcount at the moment so it will be rolling temp until headcount is approved. The company offer Hybrid working.
You will be managing the sales support team and will be hands on whilst looking at possible process improvements that can be made. You will be an experienced people manager that will eventually be managing the logistics team too.
You will have managed an Operations, Sales Support, or Customer Service team team previously and an understanding of logistics would be a distinct advantage.
We are looking for a career motivated person that is looking for their next challenge, experience of managing change within a team would also be an advantage, as would a European language.
Someone that is very customer focused but also commercially minded that has experience of process improvements.
