My Hook based client are looking for a Sales Support Controller to process customer orders on SAP, maintain order status reports, track orders from shipping to delivery and keep customers updated along with forecasting. £25-30Kpa.

Excellent opportunity to join an expanding company, offices are based in Hook but after training this role will be mainly home based.

* Receiving and processing customer orders in a timely manner, using SAP

* Maintain and update order status reports and trackers on weekly basis in Excel and/or SAP.

* To support Sales Manager where needed, likely to be required on the bi-weekly/ monthly governance calls.

* Track customer orders from shipping through to delivery and provide updates if there are any changes in forecasted delivery dates.

* Confirm all delivery dates with customers and warehouse.

* Feedback any delivery issues from customer to Operations and 3PL.

* Day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities e.g invoices, SAP sales and purchase orders, delivery schedules with financial inputs.

* Maintain continuity of work operations and document a weekly summary of reports, reporting past delivery performances, discovering risks, determining continuing needs.

* Evaluate current operational performances to identify and recommend process improvements.

* Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions.

* Generating and maintaining product structures within current systems.

* Analysing customer order history and forecasting future manufacturing requirements

* Raising purchase orders for new product materials, tools and equipment

* Ensuring manufacturing sites are meeting delivery requirements and solving problems related to this e.g. material shortages, test or manufacturing issues, capacity issues.
