Role Objective: As the Welcome Team Agent, your main responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for our potential clients, meticulously addressing their queries, presenting the benefits of giant's product range, and converting warm leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via email and our live chat facility.
- Promote and detail the benefits of giant's product range.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislations.
- Address high volumes of messages and live chats, maintaining superior customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, management, and external agencies to address queries.
- Manage objection handling, addressing customer complaints promptly.
- Evaluate information to handle product and service enquiries effectively.
- Always aim to exceed expectations and go the extra mile for our customers.
