• Promote and detail the benefits of giant's product range.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislations.
• Address high volumes of messages and live chats, maintaining superior customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, management, and external agencies to address queries.
• Manage objection handling, addressing customer complaints promptly.
• Evaluate information to handle product and service enquiries effectively.
• Always aim to exceed expectations and go the extra mile for our customers.
