Job Description
Our client is one of the largest European manufacturer of fire detection systems. They are growing the Hungarian team with a new Sales Team Leder tto develop business throughout the country.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, planning and implementing strategies that align with business goals to promote growth
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key stakeholders (Designers, Integrators, Installers, General Contractors, Investors)
- Acting to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
- Analysing the construction investment market and identifying business opportunities
- Achieving sales and marketing targets
- Managing and supporting a team of sales and engineers in achieving commercial goals
- Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for General Manager
Requirements:
- Experience in construction industry in B2B relations is essential. Experience in fire detection systems or other low voltage building installations would be a significant advantage
- Profound understanding of how construction business operates
- Strong pro-sales attitude and focus on contact with decision-makers at every stage of the project
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent interpersonal competences, and negotiation skills
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced command in English, native Hungarian
- Good command in Excel
- Valid driving licence
