The Role

SALES TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE CV ITALY

The person will be responsible for:

• Accurately project sales and projects forecasting, reporting and pipeline documentation.
• Ensure customer retention & acquisition.
• Maintain direct contact with customers in the field to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer portfolio.
• Investigate sales opportunities in the CV and CT market.
• Deliver the agreed financial and non-financial targets in line with business budgets.
• Roll-out sales programs (including sales process-related knowledge and tools) and implement corporate projects such as CRM and IBP.

Personal Attributes

• Knowledge & Work Experience – Paints and coatings industry, any B2B industry environment.  5-8 years of work experience in technical and/or commercial roles.
• Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with all stakeholders in multi million (>500 Millions €) international companies.
• Minimum Degree in business management or industrial paint related field. 
• Skills – Problem solving, stakeholder management, project management, decision making, creating value propositions, drive, results orientation, communication,
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Good knowledge of mayor software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Living in Northern/Central North part of Italy.
