Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Customize: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.

2. Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflows.

3. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionalities and integrations.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

5. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff.
