About our client:
Our client is an all-in-one Ecommerce Marketing Cloud that integrates core functionalities like customer profiling, review generation, segmentation, and automated email personalization to help Ecommerce entrepreneurs increase their sales.
Experience: 8+ years
Responsibilities:
● Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and App Clouds
● Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
● Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
● Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
● Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
● Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
● Identify solutions for complex requirements across topics like integration, data, and non-standard Salesforce capabilities.
● Document technical architecture & designs for development teams to execute.
● Responsible for delivering E2E solution architecture and blueprint working with product manager enabling business outcomes and driving value
Qualifications
● Lead technical discussions with client architects on complex topics like Integration Architecture, Data Architecture, Single Sign-on, Security, Encryption, Mobility etc.
● 8+ years of CRM experience, the majority specifically within Salesforce
● Strong understanding of environment management, release management, and continuous integration/delivery methodologies
● Ability to lead a team of solution designers and programmers; ability to lead design and code reviews to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
● Strong background in designing large web-based or client-server systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
