Hiring for a Salesforce Practice Head for a global specialist Platform Engineering Solutions, IT Services and Consulting services client.

They have been growing at a fast pace in the recent past, across North America, Europe, ANZ, and the APAC regions making strategic acquisitions along the way. To build upon the recent growth and expansion, they are investing in additional leadership and sales capacity across their multiple areas of strengths including domain-driven Enterprise Technology Solutions for their clients.

Role & responsibilities:
- Define and sharpen the Go-To-Market strategy around the solutions and offerings of the Practice.
- Incubate new technology practices & steer to hyper scale growth through the partner ecosystem.
- Plan training strategy to create adequate supply of skills in accordance with business demand.
- Contribute to business development, pre-sales and sales enablement.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Interact with the CXO, Salesforce Ecosystem and work with their Sales Reps for leads and consult clients on the blueprint and roadmap exercise.
- Alliance partnerships with technology ISV / OEMs and grow Salesforce ecosystem.
- Develop strong relationships with the cross-functional stakeholders throughout the company and are the point of contact for all Salesforce related queries.
- Be an active thought leader in the data engineering space by conducting webinars, seminars and releasing knowledge artefacts.
- Contribute to company initiatives and knowledge sharing (tech-talks, employer brand building and suchlike).
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Salesforce competency development in a reputed IT services organization.
- Prior experience in working closely with Salesforce as partner
- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment.
