Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years’ experience on Salesforce

• Experience in Salesforce application testing, which is developed or customized in Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud/Marketing Cloud.

• Good knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Configurations related to Permission sets/Roles and Profiles/Validation rules/Approval process/Objects relationships/Assignment rules etc.

• Exposure in using multiple QA Tools such as JIRA/QTest for tracking requirements, test scenarios and defects.

• Should have basic knowledge of Salesforce Admin and Lightening/Classic Environment.

• Working knowledge of Standard and Custom Objects and Tabs.

• Good hands-on testing experience with the Salesforce UI and navigation Test Salesforce.com or Force.com apps

• Hands-on experience in smoke testing, functional testing, regression testing.

• Should have worked in Agile projects and have knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM) Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and similar test management tools.

• Experience in creating the automation test scripts using Robot Test Automation framework for Salesforce application.

• Good knowledge on writing Test cases using Element locators like Xpath (Relative XPath and Absolute Xpath), WebDriver methods and TestNG Annotations.
