Job Description

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

•7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

•Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and related technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.

•Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migrations, and custom application development.

•Strong declarative skills with an understanding of Salesforce best practices and industry standards required.

•Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

•Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.

•Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

•Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is a plus

Desired Skill

•Lead and manage the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.

•Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

•Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and requirements.

•Create and maintain documentation of system architecture, design, and solutions.

•Lead and participate in technical design and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of solutions.

•Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

•Manage and oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions by third-party vendors and contractors.

•Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends. Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
