ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

DESIGNATION: SAP Basis Consultant

REPORT TO: Project Lead / Manager

LOCATION: Delhi

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.Tech (IT / CS) / MCA or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: 4+ years in SAP Basis

COMPETETIVE SALARY:

Sap Implementation Experience

1. Experience in business requirement discussion and study with the client to document the AS IS and WOULD BE Business Blueprint (BBP) including user authorization requirement, data sources and report requirement.

2. Configuration and customization of the module as per BBP.

3. Demonstration of the configured system to core team users.

4. Training users and designing the User Acceptance Test scenarios,

5. Conducting UAT and obtaining approval,

6. Master Data collection and purification.

7. Transport of final configuration to production server.

8. Upload master data, cut over / Go Live and post go-live support.

Technical Skills

1. Work with OS & DB Administrators for optimal SAP Performance

2. Install SAP S/4 HANA landscape, Solution Manager 7.2, as required perform database upgrades, apply Fix packs,

3. Optimizing and tuning system performance,

4. Handle backups and their integration with available third-party backup systems, design backup and restore strategies, database security, system problem identification and resolution

5. Manage system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling

6. Provide technical & functional upgrades and technical enhancements

7. Maintain HANA database, perform patch and service pack upgrades

8. SAP XI including the installation of adapters provided by SAP and external partners, configuration of the required system connections to partner systems and activation of basic XI monitoring

9. Perform SAP Fiori server installation, Hana, Gateway, SAP Cloud appliances integration

10. User Creation and administration – SAP Security
