Required Technical and Professional Expertise

The candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA / MBA in Finance.

• About 5 years of Domain experience in Finance and Costing functions including creation and consolidation of Balance Sheets and P&L accounts.
• 5+ years of relevant and hands on experience in SAP FI CO implementation and support
• 5 - 8 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP Business Planning and Financial Consolidation modules
• Minimum of 2 to 3 relevant project experience in full implementation cycle and support projects in SAP BPC / Group Consolidation (ECC and S/4HANA)
• Necessary / Desirable Experience in full range of activities of implementation cycle
• System design, configuration of Environments, Models, Dimensions and Hierarchies
• Configuration of currency translation rules to facilitate subgroup level consolidation
• Configuration of Account Transformation Rule
• Business rules for Inter Company Transaction Elimination
• Consolidation of Investments
• Configuration of Validations and Controls
• Expert in drafting complex EPM-BPC Reports and templates using EPM functions, MS Excel functions and Macros.
• VBA skills in Excel.
• Well versed with transformation and conversion of data files to upload Master Data and Transaction Data.
• Script Logic Programming, Security set up (Task Profile, Member Access Profiles, Users and Teams)
• Creation of Work Status, Business Process Flows and Journals
• BPC Transports and Performance Tuning
• Developing dimensions, Applications and APP Sets within SAP BPC
• Well versed in usage of predefined planning functions as well as implementing custom defined planning functions ABAP and Custom BADIs
• Good exposure to SAP BW4HANA or BI/BO, notably creation of planning enabled BW objects
• Familiarity with report creation using SAP Business Objects BI client tools especially SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, or OLAP
• Exposure to IS-OIL and / or Retail is desired.
• Knowledge / Experience in S/4HANA Group Reporting is a plus
• Relevant SAP FICO and BPC latest certifications is plus
• Ability to interact with the CFO, senior Finance and Audit professionals from the business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selection, implementation, and support of SAP ECC6.0 and S/4 HANA.BPC / Group Consolidation
• Primary role is for leading SAP Business Planning and Consolidation which is focused on Financial Consolidation, Management Reporting, Forecasting & Planning (revenue, expense, capex & workforce) and strategy management solution
• Leading and managing end to end solution as well as project delivery of the SAP BPC, Strategy management & Analytics solutions
• Overall delivery experience managing all phases of a project, including: fit/gap, design, build, test, training, cutover and post go live support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapts to shifting priorities, and be extremely detail oriented.
• Experience managing resources and specifically working with off shore teams & vendor team.
• Proven expertise managing senior client expectations
• Proven experience mentoring and coaching teams
• Proven experience working in cross- cultural environments and programs
• Clear understanding of integration topics with other SAP modules
