One of the leading IT equipment renting company is looking for a person to join their team. You will joins the SAP B1 support team in IT, to provide 1st and 2nd line support to the SAP users’ community for Europe, America and Asia.
SAP support provides a single point of contact and first line support to all company users running SAP, along to support to other applications connected to SAP and connectivity issues.
This position is also providing quick solutions to the users through SAP training, SAP setup, user customized reports and similar.
The SAP team provides support to 350 users using SAP worldwide in 25 different countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 1st line and partial 2nd line support to the SAP user community in the company.
- Provide 1st line and partial 2nd line support to other applications used in the company under the SAP support team responsibility.
- Provide 1st line support and escalation to connectivity issues and similar.
- Provide online SAP training and SAP support to any international subsidiary and its users on standards or addon functionalities, including local specifics.
- To escalate requests to the 2nd/3rd line support or to the SAP development team when necessary.
- Manage and redistribute in the SAP team any incoming requests in the SAP Service Desk tool.
- Assist on the SAP user guides, SAP documentation and training material preparation.
- Assist on the User Approval Tests processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT environments and procedures.
- Previous experience in user support for SAP Business One or an equivalent ERP.
- Good English level.
Advisable
- Previous experience in SAP Business One.
- Technical skills will be positively considered, such as experience or knowledge in SQL, on report building tools and on any programming language knowledge.
- A previous overall finance knowledge is advisable.
