They are seeking for a person to join the SAP support team in IT to provide 1st and 2nd line support to SAP users for Europe, America and Asia.
SAP support provides a single point of contcat and first line support to all the CSI SAP users along to support others applications connected to SAP and connectivity issues.

- Provide 1st line and partial 2nd line support to the SAP users community in CSI
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to other applocarions
- Provide 1st line support and escalation to connectivity issues
- Provide online SAP training and support to any international subsidiary and its users
- To escalate requests to the 2nd and 3rd line support
- Manage and redistribute in the SAP team any incoming requests in the SAP service Desk tool
- Assist on the SAP user guides, SAP documentation and training materials
- Assist on the user approval test processes
- Previous experience in IT environments
- Previous experience in user support for SAP BONE or equivalent ERP
- High english level
- Previous experience in SAP BOne
- Technical skills (SQL...)
- Previous overall finance knowledge
