C4C Solution Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:   

· Minimum 8-9 years SAP C4C consulting experience

· Experience in breaking down business problems/requirements into functional and technical requirements.

· At least 3-4 end to end SAP C4C Implementations experience in Sales /Service Cloud.

• Sales (working knowledge of opportunity, quote, sales order, billing)

• Service (working knowledge of service order, confirmation, billing, service contracts, service requests, warranty, complaints etc.)

· Should be willing to support the solution in the pre-sales process

· C4C UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts)

· Experience in Integration between C4C and CRM On Premise / SAP ERP either using HCI or PI

· Knowledge of dashboards and reports within SAP C4C.

· Communicate the understanding of customer concerns and requirements with the internal team to work and resolve gaps/ issues.

· Excellent client facing and presentation skills

· Open for Travel for short duration

· Good Communication skills
