Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of module Scope;
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments and map clients’ business requirements, processes and objectives; and develop necessary BBP to satisfy clients’ needs;
- Development of strategic roadmaps encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state;
- Updates all design, configuration, and specification documentation and conduct documentation walk through with customer;
- Leads workshops with customers to demonstrate and explain module functionality and best practice processes; Provide guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.
- Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with customer, IT and business executives;
- Configure and customise (Realisation) SAP FICO to meet the approved BBP
- Assist and Guide customer in finalising the Master Data, GLs, Cost entities, Profit Centres etc
- Create Test Scenarios and Train customers to use the system efficientlly
- Assists customer perform integration and acceptance testing on QA system; Transport the approved and finalised Config / Data Transport Requests
- Prepare and execute a practical Cut-Over Plan in corredination with all other modules
- Assists customers anticipate, identify and resolve post-go-live issues
- Make recommendations on implementation of the SAP applications, as well as integration with third party systems
- Ability to perform quality control on the project
- Conduct work effort estimation and develop work plans
- Support other Module Leads in FICO Integration.
- Assists developers by providing FS for required development, enhancement, reporting and workflows. Respond to questions of ABAP Tech Team and provide clarifications; Test Development
- Guide and Mentor other FICO consultants in the Project team.
- Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverable; identifies dependencies and resource requirements.
- Appropriately communicates project status, escalates issues, and manages timelines and action items.
- Post Go Live Hand-Holding support and user issue resolution.
- General accounting experience in business/manufacturing industry and Knowledge of asset accounting a plus;
Requirements:
- Graduation in Commerce / Accounting with CA / ICWA / MBA (Fin)
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
- A minimum of 8+ years SAP consulting experience and at least 2 end-to-end implementations with at least one S/4 HANA Simple Finance implementation / migrations;
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills essential;
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, client interaction.
