About Client

Our client is an established SAP Partner with over 20 years standing and is on an expansion drive having projects in India and abroad. After joining at Noida, incumbent will be required to move to client site at Kolkata, Mumbai etc.

Frequent job changers are not to be entertained, minimum 5 years’ experience in a single organization is preferred and for candidates with a total experience range lesser than 5 years, single organization experience is preferred.

LOCATION:                                                  Noida

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:          B. Com with CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or

equivalent

EXPERIENCE:                                              5+ years

REMUNERATION:                                       Rs.10 – 20 LPA depending on qualification and experience    

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Financials & Controlling)
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
3. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
4. Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
5. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
6. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
7. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
8. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
9. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• B. Com or equivalent preferably with CA/ICWA/ MBA
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
• Should be a stable employee with at least 5+ years in current organization
• At least one implementation in S/4 Hana
• At least 2 years Domain work experience

What are we looking for?

Technical Experience

• Has experience in End to End implementation life cycle with customer facing role.
• Experience in Inventory Valuation, Balance sheet, Cost accounting, MIS, Trial Balance and then done End to End implementation.
• Either a part of In-house SAP Support Team (Master creation / Minor configuration/ End user Support/ Audit reconciliation) or a Subject matter Expert in Finance and SAP, Master data expert, User training, Issue Resolution)
• Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FICO and related FIORI apps and GUI
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with minimum 1- 2 (end to end) implementations with at least 1 in S/4 HANA.
• Experience in system migration, integration with third party applications will be an added advantage
• Expertise in Controlling CCA, PCA, COPA, Product Costing Profitability analysis etc.
• Expertise in Asset Accounting.
• Experience in business process gap analysis.
• Experience in managing internal & external stakeholder
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Controlling CUSTOMER related KPIs
