Our client one of the leading specialists for transmission and receiver systems in Automotive industry.
Sales Administration / SAP Key-User (SD)
Responsibilities:
Act as SAP Key-User for the SD module, with a focus on sales processes
Define SAP processes together with IT, based on the business processes required in sales
Master data (customers, prices material sales views), and create reports (invoices, deliveries, sales)
Support SAP users with process-related questions, including those concerning interfaces to other modules
Mentor Key Account Managers in all sales activities, as well as in the creation of quotations and other customer documents
Take active part in planning and preparation of development and tooling cost invoices
Support obtaining and verifying price agreements and clarifying discrepancies with the customer
Support of receivables management in coordination with the accounting department
Check for price differences and making corresponding correction entries
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration
Several years of professional experience in sales administration in manufacturing environment
Excellent knowledge of SAP, especially the SD module and its relationships to adjacent modules.
Strong affinity for SAP and knowledge of SAP programming
Structured and analytical problem-solving skills, as well as decisiveness
Strong customer focus, teamwork skills, and excellent communication and assertiveness skills
Independent and structured work style, as well as a high degree of self-organization and a strong sense of responsibility
Proficient use of all standard MS Office applications, especially very good MS Excel skills
Excellent written and spoken English
