ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DESIGNATION:                       SAP MM Consultant (Expert in MRP: Material Requirement       Planning)

LOCATION:                                         Bangalore

EXPERIENCE:                                      7-8 years

Sap Implementation Experience

1. Experience in business requirement discussion and study with the client to document the AS IS and WOULD BE Business Blueprint (BBP) including user authorization requirement, data sources and report requirement.
2. Configuration and customization of the module as per BBP.
3. Demonstration of the configured system to core team users.
4. Training users and designing the User Acceptance Test scenarios,
5. Conducting UAT and obtaining approval,
6. Master Data collection and purification.
7. Transport of final configuration to production server.
8. Upload master data, cut over / Go Live and post go-live support.

Technical Experience

1. 1. 1. 1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM.
         2. Design, customize, configure and testing of MM.
         3. Responsible for transactions within the manufacturing system to control scheduling and inventory for various product lines.
         4. Provide production control support by expediting material transport and orders expediting.
         5. Read production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.
         6. Works with warehouse and production associates to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to production areas.
         7. Ensuring a cross-sectional view of the client's functional needs.
         8. Provide a monitoring role in order to understand and anticipate trends in their area of ​​expertise, and make appropriate recommendations in terms of developing best practices for the company.
