- Provides support to End-to-End O2C (SD/EDI) processes across all geo presence of the organization
- Works closely with business keeping focus on Business-IT alignment
- Responsible for delivering solutions and support to all functional modules coming under O2C process
- Is responsible for the process lifecycle including consultancy, updates, upgrades, replacements and add-ons.
- Consults and supports the business in (re-) engineering of business processes.
- Responsible for maintaining/preparing SAP process documentation
- Identifies potential for improvements and their implementation.
- Performs and coordinates implementation of business processes in the relevant SAP modules.
- Keeps up to date on the latest trends and industry practices.
- Defines / develops the SAP security model for all processes related to the modules; makes sure that the security model is implemented.
- Manages changes in SAP system starting from the demand up to service delivery.
- Analyses business demands, designs solutions in conjunction with Global SAP O2C Process Lead, Global Business champions, key users.
- Adheres to industry best practices, solution life cycle process/methodologies
- Generates change requests in coordination with business, developers and other parties.
- Manages change request implementations.
- Sets up customizing and coordinates with developers.
- Develops the required tests and manages their execution.
- Initiates, leads, coordinates and implements medium sized IT projects.
- Supports projects as a project team member.
- Gathers requirements, prepares functional specifications and technical documents.
- Collaborates with project members and stakeholders in an active manner.
- Defines and implements the end user support with the SAP Cross Function Support and key users.
- Is contact person for the SAP Cross Function Support and key user.
- Provides 3rd / 4th level SAP support.
- Trains key users in the processes and their implementation in SAP.
- Optimizes existing IT processes.
- Sets and manages user expectations.
- Provide individual key user training and support on request.
- Coordinates, prioritizes, assigns and escalates issues.
- Analysis and where possible resolves issues.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Interacts with Key-Users and IT colleagues on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
