Hybrid SAP Project Manager role working for a global biopharmaceutical company, supporting commercial IT operations for their rapidly expanding business.

The role is to lead the delivery of multiple Commercial IT projects that will enable our client's Commercial functions to expand and grow with the business.

Role

• IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple Commercial IT projects that will enable our client's Commercial functions to expand and grow with the business
• Full delivery life cycle, ensuring the delivery of IT Launch projects on time
• Provide subject matter knowledge for their assigned process / geography and providing awareness of decisions and impact for changes to the current processes
• Designing site or region level processes due to site level variances
• Aligning local site/region variances to global processes
• Leads local implementation of processes and ensures local team members are trained
• Monitors site performance and leads local continuous improvement initiative
• Application testing
• Being a Change Agent - Pioneer Network
