About Client:

Our client is an SAP Gold Partner that has been operating for 13+ years and has the pleasure of serving 100+ domestic customers through SAP practice. They are a strong and dynamic company that works very closely with our customers and provide them with innovative and breakthrough solutions and supports the business through SAP practice. They have a very strong capability in SAP implementation, post-implementation support, rollouts, cross-platform integration as well as resolving ‘Pain Areas’ and providing KPIs along with resource staffing if necessary.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:                            MBA/MCA/ M. Tech / B. Tech / B.E or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:                                                                  10+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing data strategy for multiple projects at a time, being a key deliverer in new initiatives.

• Develop and manage relationships with various vendors.

• Organize, facilitate and manage projects of all sizes using standard best practices and scales those practices according to the need of the project.

• Suggest and strategize various technologies to use and implement to achieve desired outcome.

• Manage all aspects of Project life cycle (ERP Transformation) to facilitate successful delivery to executive team.

• Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI. Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.

• Develop and oversee detailed project plans. Identify, analyse and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact.

• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.

• Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.

• Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.

• Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

• Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders. Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.

• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills Excellent writing, communication, time management and multi-tasking skills

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 8+ Years of experience in managing large-scale SAP Projects.

• Must have S/4 HANA implementation as a Project Manager.

• Should have done at least 2+ implementation projects.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

• Should have strong communication, presentation skills & customer interaction skills.

• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
