Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4 HANA ERP-enabled business design, value assessments, and process improvements.

• Act as a Functional Solution Architect for end-to-end RFPs and client solutions.

• Partner with clients to scope requirements, define use cases, and create SAP roadmaps.

• Design and deliver innovative SAP solutions leveraging advanced ERP capabilities.

• Support business development with proposals, solution plans, and delivery approaches.

• Drive large-scale transformation & implementation engagements across industrial verticals.

• Collaborate with global teams and manage key onshore/offshore stakeholders.

Your Experience Counts!

• 7–15 years of SAP S/4 HANA (MM/SD/PP/QM/EWM/IBP) delivery experience.

• MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business School is required.

• Experience in 4–5 large-scale SAP implementations / transformation programs.

• Proven track record of working as Solution / Functional Architect in 4–5 RFPs.

• Strong client-facing experience in at least 5–6 major engagements.

• Industry experience in manufacturing, industrial products, logistics, or related verticals preferred.

• Excellent project management, stakeholder handling, and communication skills.
