My client are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Support / Administrative Assistant to join there dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department by handling order processing on SAP, performing various administrative duties, and supporting the team leader. ey Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Efficiently manage and process customer orders using SAP. Ensure accuracy in data entry and handle modifications or cancellations as required.
Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and file management. Utilize Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create and maintain sales documents and presentations.
Team Support: Act as a supportive collaborator to the team leader, assisting in various tasks to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
Customer Service: Demonstrate a strong customer service ethos, proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Task Management: Show excellent organizational skills in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
Performance under Pressure: Maintain composure and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment, especially under tight deadlines or when dealing with challenging scenarios.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in using SAP/CRM or equivalent systems.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with databases.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain good relationships at all organizational levels and with external parties.
