Job Description
Job Title: SAP Sales Administrator
Location: Uxbridge, UK
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize SAP software to manage and maintain sales orders, customer information, and pricing data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Generate reports and analytics using SAP to track sales performance and provide insights to the sales team.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve sales-related issues.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and other strategic planning activities using SAP data.
- Continuously improve and optimize sales processes through SAP system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in using SAP software, with a proven ability to navigate and leverage its features effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various sales administrative tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with sales data and customer information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- SAP qualification or certification is highly desirable.
