Job description

Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD or Order-to-Cash full cycle).

Minimum 8 -10 years SAP SD experience. With preferably 2/3 years domain experience 

Candidate needs to have experience in 4 end-to-end SAP implementations, roll outs, upgrades etc. as an Consultant.

Should take initiatives in bringing in best practices and execute the new automations/changes in SAP Sales and Distribution area.

Actively work with business, support teams and projects teams and contribute for the proper functioning of SAP Sales and Distribution function.

• Should be able to anchor independently on any new Implementation or Change Request / work packages
• Initiate engagement with business to validate & finalize requirements in SAP SD
• Develop and maintain the knowledge repository and ensure all technical documents are up-to-date in SAP SD
• Implement and Resolve issues of complete SD Process including GST process right from creation of inbound STO PO, Sales Order, Delivery, Invoice, MIGO, MIRO and reconciliation of accounts.
• Creation and changes of Credit management under FSCM and pricing workflow.
• Configuration for Creation of Routes, Plants and STO process both from SD and MM.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Work with Customer Applications Lead to Suggest upgrades, patches and notes application in SAP SD
• Work with Customer Applications Lead to Support audit for SAP queries in SAP SD
• Validation & confirmation of effort estimation and solution provided by Service Providers in SAP SD
• Work with SAP Support teams & Business teams as needed to help resolve the support issues in SAP SD
• Periodic interactions with business stake holders for SAP SD Contribution to Projects
• Work with the Project Managers to identify the roles, responsibilities, deliverables and timelines for SD areas
• Conduct User Training, Setting up the acceptance criteria assist in UAT and ensure & knowledge transfer from the Project team to Core User
• Data Migration, Master Creation / Upload using BDC / LSMW
• Cut Over and Go-Live with balance reconciliation.
• Handling post go-live tickets and closure of tickets as per the SLA in ITSM tool.
• Providing consultation and helping in resolving the integration issues with other modules
• Adherence to Project Management Office processes.
