About Client:
Our client who is an SAP Partner Company based in Noida. It comes with rich experience of providing SAP services. It has led multiple S/4 HANA programs, implemented complex analytics project, UI Transformations and Landscape Migration. Their headcount is approximately 200. Their estimated yearly revenue generation is Inr 40 - 50 CR approximately and growing.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
DESIGNATION: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
REPORT TO: Team Lead / Project Lead
LOCATION: Noida
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate with MBA (HR) or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years with 2 implementations
REMUNERATION: 12 LPA – 20 LPA
Sap Implementation Experience
1. Experience in business requirement discussion and study with the client to document the AS IS and WOULD BE Business Blueprint (BBP) including user authorization requirement, data sources and report requirement.
2. Configuration and customization of the module as per BBP, followed by Demonstration of the configured system to core team users.
3. Training users and designing the User Acceptance Test scenarios, Conducting UAT and obtaining approval,
4. Master Data collection and purification.
5. Transport of final configuration to the SF Cloud. Upload master data, cut over / Go Live and post go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that align with their HR strategies and business objectives.
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet client needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules.
- Support post-implementation activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead or participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users and stakeholders on how to effectively use SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and system performance.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology, particularly within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancements.
Technical Experience:
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution. (Good to Have)
- Should have done at least 1 preferably 2 end to end implementations (not as observer as part of a team).
- Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
- Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SF Cloud.
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
- Hands-on ,on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
- Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows.
- Should have knowledge of Time-Off and EC payroll.
- Expertise in translations and must uploaded translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
- Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
- Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player.
