Roles and responsibilities:

DESIGNATION:                                   SAP SuccessFactors ONB/RCM Consultant

REPORT TO:                                      Team Lead / Project Lead

LOCATION:                                         Bangalore

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:      Graduate with MBA (HR) or equivalent

IMPLEMENTATIONS:                          3

EXPERIENCE:                                     5+ years                                 

REMUNERATION:                               Comparable to the best in industry.

We are currently looking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days.

Sap Implementation Experience:

1. Experience in business requirement discussion and study with the client to document the AS IS and WOULD BE Business Blueprint (BBP) including user authorization requirement, data sources and report requirement.
2. Configuration and customization of the module as per BBP.
3. Demonstration of the configured system to core team users.
4. Training users and designing the User Acceptance Test scenarios,
5. Conducting UAT and obtaining approval,
6. Master Data collection and purification.
7. Transport of final configuration to production server.
8. Upload master data, cut over / Go Live and post go-live support.

Technical Experience:

Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:

• Certified in SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Solution.
• Should have done at least 4 or more end to end implementation.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player.
• Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Solution
• Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
• Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
• Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
• Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows.
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
• Expertise in translations and must uploaded translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
• Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
