About Client

Our client is an SAP Gold Partner that has been operating for 13+ years and has the pleasure of serving 100+ domestic customers through SAP practice with the estimated yearly revenue ranges between 1cr-100cr. They have their operations in SAP implementation, post-implementation support, rollouts, cross-platform integration as well as resolving ‘Pain Areas’ and providing KPIs along with resource staffing if necessary. Their headcount is 500 approximately.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our team. As an SAP WM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and optimization of our SAP WM system to enhance our warehouse and inventory management processes.

Key responsibilities:

1. SAP WM Implementation: Lead and actively participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP WM solutions, ensuring they align with our business requirements.
2. Business Process Analysis: Analyse existing warehouse and inventory management processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
3. System Customization: Customize and enhance the SAP WM system to address specific business needs and optimize warehouse operations.
4. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD) and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
5. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and assist them with any SAP WM-related issues, troubleshooting, and support.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and process flows.
7. Reporting: Develop and create reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor warehouse performance and inventory levels.
8. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any system issues, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP WM best practices and industry trends and propose and implement enhancements to the system.
10. Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and management to provide project updates and status reports.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; SAP certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP WM Consultant, with a strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency in SAP WM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience on SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
