Hiring for SCCM INTUNE- Specialist for a Global IT services / system integration major.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: SCCM INTUNE- Specialist
- Location: Bengaluru
Role & responsibilities:
- Administration of Group Policy / AD / and some SCCM related tasks using PowerShell and internal Office 365, Azure AD environments as well as other internal applications.
- Assisting with project tasks to include Windows Operating System upgrades, PC imaging and software distribution.
- Working as resource on key projects and initiatives such as rollouts, upgrades of both hardware and software, process redesign, documentation etc.
- Undertake small to medium sized IT projects such as rollouts and equipment installs.
- Escalate IT issues to various internal and external support teams.
- Document known issues into our shared knowledgebase.
- Mentoring team members and helping them gain technical experience.
Candidate requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology Support sector with focus on Windows OS administration, Software deployments, SCCM (Software Distribution and some application packaging a plus), PowerShell automation and Citrix knowledge.
- Primarily 3rd line end user desktop support for EOC / WOC / Canada offices and support for other global systems and users using Service Now as an ITSM ticketing solution.
- Experience with SCCM Software packaging and Deployment, plus some manual software installs and leading key projects related to rollouts / process changes.
- Knowledge of End User Computing architectures, management platforms and advanced troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in Incident and problem management for L3 related tickets.
