An experienced Schools Registrar / School Admissions Manager required
£35,000
Working hours Monday to Friday term time: 7.45am to 4.30pm
School holiday working hours 9.00am to 4.00pm
30 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (must be taken in school holidays.
- You will have relevant experience in managing the admissions process of a school / college / university
- Experience working as a registrar
- Must be extremely professional and be able to act with tact and diplomacy
- Experience in managing a database (schoolbase Highly desired)
- Must be IT literate (MS Office)
- Well spoken with 1st class communication skills
Summary of the role:
- Manage the admissions process from EYFS admissions to claim nursery grants
- Maintain and improve upon the quality of education in the school through promoting the highest standards to the Administration & organisation
- Ensure the admissions process reflects the ethos and culture of the school
- Promote safeguarding and wellbeing for all students
- Manage the daily registers, ensuring all absences are recorded and followed up
- Create & Maintain pupil files
- Liaise with the school uniform supplier
- Supervise the sale of second hand uniform
- Be the school fire Marshall
- Ensure school reports are sent out to parents
