Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SCM Projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering project objectives within timelines.
• Develop and implement integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvement strategies.
• Optimize warehouse operations, logistics processes, and inventory utilization.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
• Identify and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies.
• Analyze and prioritize opportunities for performance improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Ensure the effective implementation of SOPs, compliance with industry standards, and continuous process improvements.
• Drive the evaluation and certification of vendors/suppliers and work closely with them to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Mentor and lead teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.

Skills and Expertise:

• Project Management experience with the ability to manage large, complex projects across various supply chain functions.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain strategies, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience in warehouse and logistics management and supplier quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements.
• Proven track record of vendor/supplier management and successful collaboration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of total work experience, including at least 10 years in SCM with hands-on project management experience.
• Certifications in SCM, CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or equivalent are preferred.
