Role - Scrum Master 

Location - Bengaluru

min 8-10 years

• Someone who had worked in a PRODUCT Company and managed multiple scrums
• Should have deep understanding of ALL TOOLS (JIRA, Confluence etc.,)
• Good at Managing Deliverables (A Task Master - To follow-up with teams for deliverable closures)
• Prefer to have someone who has worked with US Team.
• Someone who Defines and Executes the processes religiously
• Mandatory Scrum certification
• Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
• Very strong Oral and written communication skills
