Scrum Master (IT Security Software Development)

Major tasks:

1. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and organize the steps required for the next iteration;
2. Take a primary role in inspecting and evaluating product progress through each stage;
3. Oversee development team daily standup;
4. Prioritize and manage the product backlog in the right manner so that the important tasks are given topmost priority;
5. Facilitate backlog planning sessions, map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development;
6. Evaluate the work done by the development team and provide constant feedback;
7. Remove roadblocks from team members by working across the organization;
8. Constantly look for ways to increase the team's velocity/productivity;
1. Help build and maintain high team morale.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience with Cloud development, Web applications;
2. Experience with AWS, Azure platforms;
3. Deep technical expertise of C#/java/SQL backend and Angular frontend;
4. 2+ years of experience with managing development or DevOps teams;
5. Experience with peer leadership roles such as product owner, scrum master, release engineer, quality lead, etc.;
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills;
7. Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills with minimal supervision.
