Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience: 3+ years of strong software development experience, ideally in product-driven or high-growth environments.

• Design & Build: Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and resilient systems from the ground up.

• Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced startup culture by iteratively delivering features with agility and adaptability.

• Technical Depth: Apply expertise in performance optimization, security, and system reliability while keeping scalability in mind.

• Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner closely with product and business stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers (SDE-I).

• Continuous Innovation: Identify opportunities for technical innovation, reduce technical debt, and optimize workflows.

• Code Quality: Uphold high engineering standards with code reviews, testing, and automation.

• DevOps & CI/CD: Contribute to and enhance CI/CD pipelines to accelerate reliable product delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Proficiency in Java (Java 8+ preferred) with strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Strong database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL) and familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Passion for building scalable, user-centric, high-performance systems.

• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to distributed systems and large-scale architectures.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.

• Prior startup or early-stage product development experience.
