Job Requirement

What you’ll do:

• Improve and extend test frameworks and automated test sets
• Understand product requirements and ensure engineering implementation covers all of them.
• You will have complete control on the quality of the products and all deployment cycles.
• You will directly work with the product development team, customer service team members to understand the issues and fix them.
• You will be doing both functional and non-functional testing, covering the UI and backend services.
• Closely work with devs to help identify issues at early stages itself.
• You will be willing to develop automation and integrate with the CI/CD system.
• Deep focus on building an automation framework for all product features & APIs and ensuring right test coverage by automation.
• Work with PM & Dev to understand requirements and design and develop test plan and test cases and focus on test coverage.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Rest services and automation domain.
• Extensive programming experience in any one programming language like Java, Python, Ruby, Clojure, Scala, C or C++,  familiar with various frameworks/Design patterns.
• Experience in working or testing with distributed architecture (eg. Elastic Search, Kafka, Redis, etc..).
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Ability to work with complex business flows and dealing with huge amounts of data.
• Prior work experience in an agile environment or continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI or CD).
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Understand software internals, debug code, automate repetitive tasks, and implement new tools and frameworks
• Drive test automation to both ensure product quality and to contribute to Continuous Integration and Delivery efforts.
• Understanding of distributed systems and familiarity with cloud native architectures for containerized micro services (GCP/Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, Docker etc).
• Have understanding of Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines (Git/Jenkins).
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain a close working relationship with multiple stakeholders in the organization.
• Enthusiasm for learning & able to deliver in a fast paced environment.
• Great attitude and self motivation to deliver the best product experience to the customers.
• Understanding of latest innovations, trends and emerging technologies in QA testing and test methodology
