For their growing operations in the region, they are looking for a ‘South East Europe Senior Sales Manager’

Your Responsibilities:

• Boost sales of seeds in the area.
• Build strong relationships with vegetable seed distributors for growth.
• Create effective marketing plans to expand the reach.
• Lead and develop the regional team.
• Make sure sales goals are met.
• Become an expert on all crop varieties and work with teams to improve products.
• Cultivate strong relations with key people within the company for smooth collaboration.

Your Profile:

• Strong academic background in Agronomy.
• At least 10 years of relevant commercial professional experience.
• You demonstrate a deep understanding and previous working experience in the vegetable seed industry.
• Eager to travel extensively.
• Impeccable English skills, Greek native.
