Responsibilities:

Define seat frame product scope, guide to establish seat frame design and development scheme

Guide to build seat frame product design target matrix

Guide frame design procedure, establish various verification norms such as frame structure, movement, safety, comfort, participate in review, give rectification proposals to product design and process problems occurred during verification and review process

Guide to improve technical staff’s frame system professional skills rapidly

Responsible for the formulation and optimization of frame system test verification specification

Responsible for frame system key difficult problem solving

Qualifications:

Degree: college or above

Major: vehicle engineering, mechanical design or other relevant majors

Seniority: over 12 years vehicle seat frame technical experience, with strong organization and coordination ability

Skills:

Necessary skills: frame platform planning, talent development, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication

Job qualifications:

Able to coordinate and deal with the synergic relationship between frame system design and other systems, able to solve site and test problems and emergencies independently

With solid vehicle seat frame system design, matching and parts manufacturing theoretical basis and practical experience, able to conduct analysis and verification to site technical quality problems

Able to support the accumulation of knowledge by conducting standard establishment and review

Tools:

CAD: Skilled in the use of computer-aided tools like CATIA to complete digital model and drawing

GDT&T: Apply to process design

DFMEA: Familiar with the failure mode and failure mechanism during product design and manufacturing process , able to propose appropriate prevention program

Product special characteristic: Able to fully identify and decompose the product characteristics, make sure to manage and control key points during product industrialization process, with prevention and review ability of complete seat design stage, development stage and verification stage problems, with analysis, countermeasures and rectification ability after problems occurred
