Overview

Support contractual activities by developing the best-in-class templates and frameworks and ensuring that the development, amendment and closing of contracts with local and international vendors, suppliers and partners comply with term agreements, policies, standards and legal requirements. This also includes developing supplier market knowledge while ensuring that all relevant databases are maintained and updated regularly to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

                         Roles & responsibilities-

• Assist in the development and implementation of templates and tools for the drafting of contracts and framework agreements in alignment with best practice, standards, and policies to ensure standardization and consistency across all documents
• Upload, organize and archive all drafted and issued contracts in a standardized database to ensure ease of retrieval as and when required for future reference by internal and external stakeholders
• Perform first-level negotiations with suppliers and service providers to agree on acceptable terms and conditions for third-party contracts, including master services and purchase orders, work-orders, statements of work, etc.
• Draft contracts in coordination with relevant internal departments and Legal by seeking technical advice and details on required specifications as necessary

Conduct contract finalization activities including obtaining required approvals according to the Delegation of Authority in order to proceed with contract sign-off

• Bilingual Candidates (Arabic & English Speaking)
• Strong experience in contracts
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in contracts
