A large-scale infrastructure project is seeking a Project Security Manager to lead all aspects of on-ground security. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and continuously update the project security strategy in alignment with internal policies and local regulations.

• Conduct ongoing risk and threat assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and manage internal security teams and external service providers.

• Collaborate with local authorities, public agencies, and third-party stakeholders.

• Manage security training, inductions, and staff awareness programs.

• Maintain updated access control and people-on-site records.

• Ensure compliance with legal and procedural obligations related to safety and data protection.

• Serve as the key advisor to project leadership on all matters related to security and crisis response.

Experience:

• 7- 8 years in a security leadership role, ideally within infrastructure or construction industry in the private sector.

• At least 10 years experience in law enforcement, military, or private security is a must.

• Strong understanding of the local security landscape in Egypt.
