My client is looking for a permanent senior account manager to join their outstanding team in Redditch.
This role is a full time position paying up to £70,000.
The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
* Work with all accounts to provide customer solutions based around SAP Business One, adding benefit and value, and to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
* Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts - you must be a team player
Qualifications
* ERP Sales experience, ideally with some knowledge of SAP Business One based solutions (although this isn't a pre-requisite)
* Proven success in client management
* Familiarity with sales performance metrics
* Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills
* Someone who cares about the company they work for and the clients they work with
