Accountant Real Estate

· Development of the production budget of the company and evaluate capital investment proposals.

· Budget execution and implementation and cost estimation, prepare accounting and statistical reports upon request.

· Forecast financial developments of the company.

· Planning, control, and stimulation.

· Create accounting reports in accordance with Dubai legislation and company policies, to provide information for planning, analysis, control, evaluation of financial position and results of the company activity.

· Prepare and execute work plan of accounting ledgers, which shall contain synthetic and analytical accounts, primary accounting documents, used for registration of business operations and for creation of internal accounting reports.

· Payroll.

· VAT and TAX reporting.

· Audit.

Experience in Real Estate is ESSENTIAL

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software

• knowledge of accounting principles

• Solving skills and analytical thinking

• Prior accounting experience
