Main responsibilities:
- Bank and corporate cards of the company, control of payments 2 times a week in KZT and in foreign currency, monitoring of payments and incoming payments, money in transit, daily distribution of bank statements on all accounts of the company, also in a foreign bank; registration of Agreements in the online bank, receipt of UNC; saving Bank statements on the server of the company;
- Monitoring the flow of guarantee fees and bank guarantees for projects;
- Monitoring the exchange rate differences on all currency transactions;
- Accrual and payment of VAT and CIT at the source of payment to non-residents in 1C program. Reconciliation with the personal accounts of the tax committee for VAT and CIT at the source of payment to non-residents;
- Preparation and submission of tax reports on Tax Form 300.00. 101.04, 701.00, 870.00;
- Control over the correctness of residence certificates and timely request for their receipt from non-residents;
- Checking and correction of primary accounting documentation for junior specialists in the 1C program in the following areas: bank, advance reports, receipt of inventory and fixed assets, write-offs, closure of accounting;
- Tracking correspondence for client and contractor inquiries, advising on accounting and taxation as required;
- Working with high volume in several 1C databases;
Qualifications:
University degree in appropriate academic qualification or equivalent experience;
Minimum 6 years of work experience;
English- intermediate;
