KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures the availability of original documents, contract terms and payments;
• Generates lists of payments for authorization according to the schedule of payments and analysis of accounts payable, uploads Payment Orders to the online Bank;
• Ensures compliance with the requirements of the bank and Currency Control in terms of the necessary documentation;
• Ensures correct posting of incoming payments and allocation of payments with orders and customer sales;
• Generates an analysis of the currency position for hedging;
• Preparation lists of open items in currency by suppliers and invoices;
• Makes the coordination of currency transactions for the purchase of currency, registration of applications for the purchase of currency;
• Provides reconciliation with the currency control according the Contract Registers (according to previously provided documents and used amount);
• Cash Flow preparation on monthly basis;
• Participation in Month closure and Year closure process;
• Timely and correct preparation and submission of statistical reporting to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Accurate posting of IC services (GA, R&D, DSI, TGI, other):
• Correct entry of accounting data into the system according to the provided documents;
• Preparation required supporting documentation;
• Drawing up a reconciliation act, sending it to the counterparty for approval, communication with the representative of the counterparty on the discrepancies found. Timely payment of invoices.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Economics and/or Finance & Accounting;
• Professional certificates (Prof. Accountant, DipIFR or others) is desirable;
• At least 5 years of experience in finance in various areas, knowledge of IFRS, regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Practical application of 1C (8.2; 8.3);
• Knowledge and practical use of Excel;
• Excellent knowledge of currency legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Knowledge of Citi Direct Online Banking;
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level.
