This role is for a top multinational semiconductors company present in Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow an analog circuit development team of over 20 engineers, including analog designers and layout engineers,
- Developing the members of your team as a key focus and hiring the best people as we grow, will also be one of your key responsibilities
- Drive the development projects team members in alignment with project managers
- Strive for continuous improvement and innovation in order to ensure quality and competitiveness of our products
- Interact and cooperate with internal and external partners for Design Automation Tools, Process Design Kits, IP-Provision
Requirements:
- A university degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering;
- At least 5 years in a Line management role and at least 5 years of working experience in analog integrated circuit design
- Very good communication skills and well experienced in risk and stakeholder management
- Leadership skills for mentoring, coaching, and providing direction to team members in your area of expertise
- Excellent command of English language skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve highly complex problems involving expert networks
- Ability to proactively assemble and guide the team to a problem statement based on technical inputs and capability for driving complex decision-making under pressure
